The Three-Year Activity Plan
The Three-Year Activity Plan (TYAP) is ENEA's main planning document of a strategic nature, outlining the objectives for the three-year period and those of the first year, the financial resources needed to achieve them, and the staffing requirements.
The Plan is deliberated annually by the Board of Directors and submitted to the Ministry of Economic Development for approval.
With a view to an integrated planning strategy, the Plan is prepared with timing, methods and contents that make it complementary to and consistent with the Budget (the main economic and financial planning tool), the Performance Plan and the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency.
The TYAP consists of a main document and two annexes that form an integral part thereof. For each first-level technical-scientific unit, the first annex contains an in-depth analysis of the three-year objectives and those relating to the first year of the three-year period, while the second annex contains the staffing requirements plan.
