Registration of telematic platform for procedures no MePA

On October 18, 2018, the obligation for all the contracting stations to use electronic communication within the tender procedures came into force. This obligation – pursuant to article 40,  paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and its following amendments. - derives from art. 22 of Directive 2014/24 / EU, which requires the use of electronic means for communications: "Member States shall ensure that all communications and exchanges of information referred to in this Directive, in particular the electronic transmission , are performed using electronic means of communication (Article 22, paragraph 1). Therefore, all economic operators -  interested in participating in the negotiation procedures outside the Electronic Public Administration Market (MePa) - are invited to register on the U-BUY (CINECA) telematic platform at:  https://enea.ubuy.cineca.it/PortaleAppalti/it/homepage.wp
