The event will take place on September 29 - October 2 in Milan, still under the EXPO 2015 hall.

The event, as the 1st edition format, will be structured in two main parts, the brokerage event followed by a conference.
- September 29-30 & October 1 - B2B & Pitch : Companies, public and private research centers, investors from throughout Europe and beyond will join the brokerage event to find partners for business development, licensing agreements, joint ventures an every other kind of partnership or collaboration to foster cross-fertilization and new business and partnership opportunities. Participants will also have the opportunity to present their company/technology in a 8 minutes pitch (plus 2 minutes for Q&A). On September 29 afternoon bilateral meetings will be arranged only with representatives & companies of the ASEAN delegation participating to EXPO 2015.
- October 2 - Thematic Workshop : A workshop of experts and institutional representatives will discuss challenges and opportunities for innovation and technology transfer in life sciences.
