LCA for “Feeding the planet and energy for life”

Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) represents a reference methodology that may help analyzing supply chains in order to achieve sustainability objectives, including those related to better agriculture, food production and consumption as well as more efficient energy production and use. The Joint Research Centre of the European Commission and the Italian network on LCA will jointly organize a conference during EXPO 2015, discussing role of LCA and presenting latest researches on the EXPO 2015 topics.
