In line with the current policy initiatives, where the development of food authenticity and safety systems is among the priorities of FOOD 2030 and helps to support some targets of the SDGs 2, 3 and 12, the proposed workshop, as final open event of the PRO-METROFOOD project, is an opportunity to discuss how the metrological tools could effectively strengthen the agrofood sector and the role of METROFOOD-RI in designing and implementing future scenarios of food traceability in Europe.
Avrà luogo a Bruxelles il 19 dicembre 2017 il workshop Let’s shape our FOODure. L'evento, organizzato da PRO-METROFOOD ed ENEA, rappresenta una occasione per discutere della importanza della metrologia nel rafforzare il settore agro-alimentare e del ruolo di METROFOOD nella implementazione degli scenari futuri della tracciabilità alimentare in Europa.
